OUTSIDEINHOUSING\u00ae comes in many variations. From a tiny home of 40 m2<\/sup> to a family home of 145+ m2<\/sup>. It can be built both as a year-round home and as a summer home or annex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solid, sustainable nordic style <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unique design, materials and construction of an OUTSIDEINHOUSING\u00ae treads lightly on the planet, while making a close relationship to the natural world a part of everyday life.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solid, steel beam frame offers 100% renewable and reusable building components, while opening up the architecture design to the free flow of light, air and life between outside and inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raised above the ground on sturdy posts, the home\u2019s impact on existing terrain is minimal. In contrast to traditional construction, the building does not require regrading or excavation of existing soil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stepping inside, the interior is finished entirely with fragrant Douglas Pine. This non-gassing material is not surface treated, and 100% reusable.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Triple-glazed, wood-framed windows and doors maximise passive solar warming, while minimising the home\u2019s energy use and materials footprint.  Natural ventilation ensures healthy, low-impact air circulation in warmer months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OUTSIDEINHOUSING\u00ae is delivered prefabricated, and can be assembled in a few days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
